It was good that he told me on the phone to shut off the water and gas supplies immediately. He asked me how many gallons my water heater is but I can't find anywhere on the heater that says the capacity, so he guessed 50 gallons based on the size of my house. Turned out the existing one is just 40 gallors so I have to pay extra for 50 gallons since he said he has to charge me for the trip to exchange the tank, but that's OK since I get more hot water for my home. He looks like he knows what he's doing but the only thing is he couldn't find the model and serial no. of the heater when I asked.
